In
all Digiknots engagements, we propose to take an active
leadership position.
We provide the mentoring and training
directly to the client team implementing a project.
Digiknots will take an active role or roles in senior
positions on the project. Digiknots consultants will
foster the adoption of best practices or new tools
within our client’s organization, while delivering
the ROI associated with both the project as well as
the process adoption. Recent leadership roles have
included project manager, process engineer, requirements

team lead. Digiknots also develops and delivers customized

Once we are working within a project, we also provide
the customized training that every project requires.
Digiknots is a premier business partner of IBM, with
specialization in the application development lifecycle.
We have delivered many of IBM’s courses in the
application development curriculum on IBM’s behalf.
What makes Digiknots’s approach to training unique
is that we use practicing discipline consultants who
are well versed on more than just one tool or technique.
We customize the courses for the project in order to
make the training very specific. Our approach to discipline
based training is more effective than typical classroom
training because it is delivered when needed, on site
and by a consultant who is familiar and invested in
the success of the project. We are also able to adjust
the exercises and reference material to reflect the
unique mix of tools and processes that are relevant
to the project. This approach leads to a higher degree
of the training being used immediately, which improves
the productivity of the team.
